Central Cafe - This month's Community Dinner will be Tuesday, June 8th in the APC from 5:30-6:30 p.m. This is open to anyone in the community, as well as the congregation. There is no charge. If you would be able to help by providing a casserole, dessert or serving, there is a sign-up sheet in the foyer, or you may contact Susan Elkins.
Elder's meeting will be June 7th at 6:30 p.m. and June 21st at 6:30 p.m.
Senior Saints - The Senior Saints will be going to Hagen's in French Lick on Tuesday, June 8th. There is a sign-up sheet located in the foyer. The van will leave the church at 11:00 a.m. Huntingburg time.
Tuesday, June 29th we will be going to the Evansville Rescue Mission. We will leave the church at 5:30 p.m. If you are interested in going along to help serve, or are able to send along a dessert, please sign-up on the sheet located in the foyer.
Scenic Hills - We will be going to Scenic Hills on Sunday, June 27th. The service begins at 2:00 p.m. You may ride over in the church van, which will be leaving the church at 1:30 p.m.
Small Group Bible Study - Craig Taylor is offering a small group Bible study that will begin meeting on June 6th. We will meet in people's homes or out and about somewhere. This is intended to be a "small group" of about 14-16 people. We will be studying the book of James for a while this summer. If you would be interested in participating, please contact Craig. If there is enough interest in a 2nd group (or more), we can get those started also.
One Call Now - Central subscribes to a service that makes automated phone calls for us in instances of emergency or times when we need to get information out to the entire congregation.
If you currently receive One Call Now calls, you will continue to get them. If you don't receive those, or don't know what they are, then you are not listed in the database. To be on this list, please contact Craig Taylor. You can also opt to receive prayer chain calls, or not, by simply telling Craig.
If you receive the phone calls and are not able to hear the entire message, please wait to the end. It gives you an option to repeat the message. Please do that before you call in to find out what it was that you missed. If you have other questions, please contact Craig.
